Location: Duties: Provide legal counsel on various immigration matters, including work visas (H-1B, L-1, etc.), PERM labor certification, and corporate compliance Handle complex immigration cases, including appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) Prepare and file immigration petitions and applications Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with current immigration laws and regulations Draft legal documents and provide clear and concise legal writing Work with clients from specialized industries such as tech, healthcare, and others Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with professionalism and integrity Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to meet deadlines and client expectations Requirements: Experience handling complex immigration cases, including appeals to the BIA Familiarity with business immigration, including work visas, PERM labor certification, and corporate compliance Previous experience in a fast-paced law firm or corporate legal environment Strong research, analytical, and legal writing skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to communicate complex legal information effectively Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Certifications: Active membership in the state bar Skills: Expertise in immigration law and regulations Strong legal research and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage a large caseload Team-oriented with the ability to work independently Proficiency in legal writing and documentation Experience with specialized industries such as tech, healthcare, and others #J-18808-Ljbffr BCG Attorney Search
