About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced wholesaler to join a lean firm with high visibility and impact. This role requires an individual with experience in fixed income, equity, or real estate products. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as an internal or hybrid wholesaler position and eager to take on an external role within a dynamic and results-driven team. This position will be hybrid/in-person based in the firm's NYC office.

Position: Wholesaler
Market Focus: Wirehouses, RIAs, and Institutions
Products: Alternative Fixed Income, Equity, and REITs

Key Responsibilities:

• Take the lead in promoting and selling a broad range of fixed income, equity, and real estate products to Wirehouses, RIAs, and Institutions.
• Work closely with internal teams to develop and execute strategic sales plans aimed at expanding the firm's presence and market share throughout the US.
• Maintain and cultivate strong relationships with financial advisors and key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns or questions.
• Provide product training, presentations, and ongoing support to clients in the designated channels.
• Collaborate with a lean, agile team to ensure seamless communication, efficient distribution, and quick response times.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an internal wholesaler with a proven ability to transition into an external wholesaling role.
• Experience in promoting and selling fixed income, equity, and real estate investment products.
• Strong understanding of the Wirehouse, RIA, and Institutional distribution channels and a proven track record of success within these markets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with advisors and clients.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a small but highly efficient team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
