Our client is entering an exciting new phase of growth and transformation . Backed by private equity, they are building for the future and seeking a Head Of/Director of Supply Chain to lead this journey.

Reporting directly to the COO, this newly created role will shape and professionalize the supply chain function while thriving in a lean, entrepreneurial environment . It’s a hands-on player/coach position : you’ll set strategy, roll up your sleeves to execute, and play a key role in scaling a mid-sized CPG business toward doubling in size over the next 5 years.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and develop procurement, logistics, planning/S&OP functions.
• Redesign logistics/fulfillment, rationalize 3PLs, and drive efficiency.
• Partner with manufacturing (in-house + co-manufacturers) to ensure continuity and cost optimization.
• Build data-driven processes, optimize ERP, and support new product introductions.
• Act as a cultural bridge — mentor employees while modernizing the function.

What we’re looking for:

• 10+ years in progressive supply chain leadership (procurement, planning, logistics).
• CPG, consumer products, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• A builder: proven ability to design and implement processes in high-growth environments.
• Strong leadership and emotional intelligence; skilled at inspiring and coaching teams.
• Must be open to relocation to Indianapolis (support provided).
