Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Austin, Texas – Tech Market

Base Salary: $45,000+ Uncapped Commission (First Year OTE $80k-$100k)

Your Role:

• Client Relationships: Engage with tech companies to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Sourcing Talent: Use advanced tools and platforms to find the best candidates in the tech market.
• Full Recruitment Cycle: Manage the entire process from initial contact to placement, ensuring both clients and candidates have a seamless experience.
• Market Expertise: Build your knowledge of the tech industry and establish yourself as a go-to consultant.

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree Required: A background in any field, but business, communications, or related subjects are a plus.
• Sales Experience (Preferred): Telesales, B2B, or any customer-facing sales roles are ideal.
• Confident Communicator: Outgoing and personable, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Motivated & Goal-Oriented: A drive to hit targets and achieve personal and professional success.
