The Opportunity:

 

As the Fulfillment Operations Manager, you will be tasked with serving as the primary liaison between our Plano, TX based Facilities and Fulfillment teams. Reporting to our Vice President of Fulfillment Operations, you will ensure the smooth daily operation, workflow efficiency, and seamless communication between those two departments. To do this, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of operations, logistics, and facilities management.

 

The Day-to-Day:

  • Cross-Department Coordination: Acts as the main point of contact between Facilities and Fulfillment teams to align operational goals, address challenges, and improve efficiencies
  • Process Optimization: Identifies bottlenecks in workflows, propose solutions, and implement process improvements that enhance productivity and reduce downtime
  • Facilities Support for Fulfillment: Ensures that all fulfillment-related infrastructure (e.g. material handling equipment, storage solutions) is optimized for operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with Facilities and Fulfillment leadership to forecast space, equipment, and resource needs based on business demand
  • Support facilities staff with office moves and rising desk repairs and other light duty functions

Your Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of operations, logistics, and Facilities/Fulfillment experience
  • Must be able to perform physical exertion: walk, reach, stoop, kneel, and climb ladders
  • Must be able to carry objects weighing 50 pounds
