A great UHY client is seeking a FP&A Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of financial planning and analysis experience, familiarity with percentage of completion accounting and strong Excel skills. The FP&A Analyst role is an on-site position. This is a client direct hire position. FP&A Analyst Key Responsibilities: Serve as the liaison between Finance, Operations, and Sales to ensure alignment on financial objectives and performance metrics Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reports to support business planning and decision-making Analyze variances between actuals and forecasts, identify trends, and recommend improvements Translate operational and sales inputs into meaningful financial data Work around and between systems that may not integrate seamlessly (Finance, Operations, Sales), helping ensure data integrity and consistency Support month-end and quarter-end reporting processes Assist in budgeting and reforecasting cycles, incorporating input from multiple departments Collaborate on improving reporting processes and tools across functional teams FP&A Analyst Qualifications: 4–7 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or related finance roles Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP and BI systems is a plus Experience with percentage of completion accounting strongly preferred Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across functions Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment Construction industry experience is a plus, but not required – we will train the right candidate Base pay range: $100,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr Equal Employment Opportunity We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from diverse candidates. #J-18808-Ljbffr UHY-US
