Workplace Arrangement This role is classified as Hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy: Hybrid Work is performed onsite at least 4 days per week. There may be times when you are needed to be in the office more than 4 days a week due to business needs. Applicants must be located in, or willing to relocate to, the specified work location. A Day in the Life: As the connector between senior leadership and departmental team needs, you will be the principal scheduler, timekeeper, planner, and coordinator for a member of the lululemon Executive Team. The Executive Assistant plays a vital role in the success of their department. Tasks in this Role Include (But Are Not Limited To): Coordinates Executive’s calendar and contacts, and manages Executive's email according to allowed authority. Establishes work priorities and directs assignment of work to various department staff. Coordinates multi-leg travel and manages changes and rescheduling with the team of Executive Assistants. Maintains confidential information for the business, team, and leadership. Prepares briefing notes and minutes of meetings as required. Acts as a communications liaison with the department as required. Special projects as assigned by the Executive. Oversees onboarding of incoming Senior Executives and new members of their Leadership Team. Nice to Haves: 3+ years’ experience in an administrative or executive support role. Flexibility to support more than one Executive Portfolio as needed. Excellent business acumen and ability to exercise sound judgment. Experience working with a publicly traded company. Compensation and Benefits Package Typical hiring range for this position is from $55,300-$72,600 annually; base pay offered may vary based on experience and internal equity.
