Position: Event Coordinator
Location: West Palm Beach, FL- 5x a week onsite
Duration: 6 month contract
Pay Range: $28-30/hr (Based off experience)
Required Skills & Experience
Oversee and coordinate multiple aspects of meetings and events.
· Support logistics and coordination for conferences at the Center for Intelligent Buildings.
· Develop, manage, and distribute run of show documentation.
· Work in partnership with third-party vendors, such as catering services, facilities management, and security teams.
· Assist in compiling all meetings and building metrics for weekly and monthly reporting.
· Assist with budget oversight.
· Execute additional marketing and communications projects as assigned.
