Emergency Recovery Coordinator
$60,000 - $70,000 per year

You will be representing and selling the comprehensive services and full range of restoration solutions offered by Paul Davis, a leader in complete restoration and recovery.

What Youll Do - Be the first responder from our team after fires, floods, and disasters.
- Quickly assess damage and the clients needs, offering support and direction.
- Build strong emotional and practical trust with clients.
- Help people begin the restoration process with clarity, urgency, and care.
- Be available during off-hoursbecause disasters dont follow a 95 schedule.
Qualifications: - Ability to clearly deliver truth and give certainty when property owners need it most
- Proficient with a variety of current technology
- Career emphasis on learning and continuing education
- Sound planning and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Valid Drivers license and satisfactory driving record required
- Relevant experience
- Must be able to prioritize and manage time
- Thrives under high-stress situations
- Enjoys working hard in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Role on the Team - Responsible for educating the customer on products or services and effectively articulate the use and need
- Monitors interprets and responds to lead sources
- Establish and maintain positive relationships in the local community
- Volunteer non-operational time to related community events
- On-call 24/7 to include weekends and holidays as scheduled
- Achieve and remain current in required certifications
- Provide emergency recovery kits and services to the impacted property owner
- Support the office and company in their organizational mission, vision, and values
Required Education and Experience: - High School Diploma or GED required
- 4+ years experience in the following areas (any combination): restoration, military, fire services, EMS, police, medical responder, dispatching of emergency responders, construction, insurance
- 2+ years experience in an outside sales role or customer service role

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements: - The physical environment requires the employee to work in all types of both indoor and outdoor conditions
- Frequently required to use personal protective equipment, having the ability to stand or walk, occasionally bending, squatting, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 50 pounds
