Position Overview

The Director of Project Management will be a key leader responsible for overseeing and driving the successful execution of projects across multiple business units. This role will focus on establishing project management frameworks, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and managing cross-functional teams to deliver results. The position requires a proven leader with strong organizational, technical, and interpersonal skills to drive projects that impact both operations and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and implement project management strategies and best practices to ensure the successful delivery of key initiatives.
  • Align project priorities with company goals and long-term vision.
• Project Oversight
  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of projects across R&D, manufacturing, operations, and customer-facing initiatives.
• Team Management
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing project management team.
  • Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, supply chain, and sales.
• Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Manage vendor and contractor relationships to ensure project success.
• Risk Management
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Continuous Improvement
  • Evaluate project outcomes and implement lessons learned to optimize future initiatives.
  • Drive a culture of operational excellence and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Masters degree ).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing complex, large-scale projects in manufacturing, advanced materials, or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
