Position Overview:  

We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to support our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and forward-thinking marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment. The Digital Marketing Manager will play a key role in executing digital campaigns, optimizing brand presence across all digital touchpoints, and supporting both the Director of Marketing and Brand Marketing Manager in day-to-day operations. 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Email Marketing:  
  • Manage email campaigns across all properties, including design coordination, segmentation, deployment, and performance reporting. Using platforms like Sevenrooms, Toast, Revinate, and MailChip. Creating emails in Adobe XD. 
  • Maintain mailing lists and ensure deliverability and compliance. 
  • Website Management:  
  • Update and optimize website content for all properties to reflect brand standards, seasonal offerings, and promotional campaigns, such as maintaining the events calendar and creating and building out landing pages for special promotions. 
  • Collaborate with web developers and designers to troubleshoot issues and enhance UX/UI performance. 
  • Social Media Strategy & Execution:  
  • Develop and schedule content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) using platforms like meta business suite and hootsuite. 
  • Monitor engagement and assist with community management. 
  • Track KPIs and adjust strategies for optimal performance. 
  • Influencer & Partnership Marketing:  
  • Assist in identifying, vetting, and coordinating influencer partnerships and media visits. 
  • Track influencer performance metrics and maintain relationship databases. 
  • Marketing Materials Coordination:  
  • Assist in producing print collateral such as brochures, signage, and in-room / in-restaurant materials, ensuring brand consistency across all outlets. 
  • Cross-Functional Support:  
  • Collaborate with the Brand Marketing Manager on campaign planning and asset development. 
  • Provide day-to-day marketing support to the Director of Marketing across multiple projects and brands. 

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field. 
  • 1+ years of experience in digital marketing; hospitality experience preferred. 
  • Proficiency in marketing platforms such as SevenRooms, Revinate, WordPress, Canva, Meta Business Suite, SEMRush, Adobe Suite (XD, InDesign, Acrobat, Photoshop) and Google Analytics. 
  • Strong understanding of digital trends, brand storytelling, and visual aesthetics. 
  • Excellent time management and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
