DFT Tech Lead - Concept to Silicon - SoC DFT Architecture - Austin - Startup - Semiconductor

We are partnered with a rapidly growing fabless semiconductor startup that is creating novel DSP technology to revolutionize AI infrastructure and cloud connectivit y as they build a new team in Austin, TX

They are looking to bring on a DFT Tech Le ad that will be responsible for defining, implementing and deploying this startup's SoC DFT strategy!

Role : DFT Tech L ead

Location : Austin, TX

Salary: $185k - $200k PLUS generous equity

The skills needed for the role include:

• Proven end-to-end testing lifecycle experience, from 'scratch to silicon'.
• Ability to create an SoC DFT strategy and architecture.
• Experienced across all stages of the testing lifecycle, including silicon bring-up, ATPG de-bugging, ATE validation, MBIST.
• Experienced using EDA testing tools.
• Experience and understanding of ASIC DFT, synthesis, simulation and verification flow.
• Confident working with multiple cross functional, global teams.
• Ability to lead from both a technical and people management perspective.
