Responsibilities:

• Partner with cannabis cultivation clients nationwide to provide tailored consulting services.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' cultivation operations, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
• Develop and implement customized cultivation strategies based on each client's goals, regulatory environment, and unique challenges.
• Provide clients with cutting-edge solutions current with industry trends, regulations, and advancements.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of consulting services into clients' operations.
• Act as a trusted advisor, offering ongoing support, training, and guidance to clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and contributing to long-term success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in cannabis cultivation, with a focus on consulting for multiple clients.
• In-depth knowledge of various cultivation methods, strains, and compliance requirements across different US states.
• Expertise in facility design and build outs.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building rapport with diverse clients.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site consultations.
