Cost Accountant - Construction Industry
Location: Chesterton, IN (Fully Onsite)
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000

✔ Oversee project costs and ensure accurate cost tracking and reporting.
✔ Manage bill of materials (BOM) to keep projects running efficiently and within budget.
✔ Analyze financial data to provide insights on cost-saving opportunities.
✔ Work closely with project managers and procurement teams to ensure financial accuracy.
✔ Assist with month-end close processes, cost variance analysis, and financial reporting.
✅ Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required).
✅ 2+ years of accounting experience (construction industry experience preferred).
✅ Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
✅ Excellent work ethic and ability to thrive in a team environment.
✅ Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
