Job Overview:
Join American Express Global Business Travel’s highly skilled remote team as a Travel Consultant , delivering world-class service to corporate clients across domestic and international markets. You’ll use your expertise with Amadeus GDS to provide seamless travel arrangements while ensuring compliance with client travel policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate clients (individual and group business travel).
• Conduct research and analysis on travel options, proactively identifying opportunities to upsell additional services.
• Manage domestic and international bookings for air, rail, car, and accommodations using Amadeus GDS .
• Ensure adherence to company and client travel policies, provider rules, and industry regulations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat while handling special requests with professionalism.
• Collaborate with team members to mentor, coach, and enhance overall service performance.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of international corporate travel experience required.
• Native-level proficiency with Amadeus GDS (refresher training provided).
• Strong knowledge of travel policies, regulations, and booking procedures.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• High attention to detail and integrity in managing sensitive traveler data.
• Proven ability to resolve customer issues independently and efficiently.
• Must have a dedicated, quiet home workspace and hardwired internet connection (Wi-Fi not accepted).

Additional Details:

• Fully remote, no travel required.
• Contract duration: 6 months, with strong potential for extension or full-time conversion .
