Familiarity with tools like Miro or LOOM is a plus. Role Overview Our client is seeking a skilled Color Tech Pack Designer to support the Color Design team during a key seasonal period. This fast‑paced role requires precision, organization, and speed—ideal for a mid‑level footwear professional ready to make an immediate impact. Responsibilities Develop and complete approximately 350 color tech packs for Fall ’27 footwear collections. Accurately specify colorways and organize swatches within the seasonal color book. Prepare materials and provide support during color review meetings. Update and refine design details using Adobe Illustrator as the primary tool. Partner with the color design team to ensure alignment, accuracy, and consistency across assets. Support workflow management using tools like Miro or LOOM (preferred but not required). Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in footwear or apparel color design, tech pack development, or product creation. Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (required).
