About the Team:

• Be a key member of the team redesigning processes and implementing tools to drive scale and impact across the global marketing organization.

About the Role:

• As Change Enablement Senior Manager, you'll lead the implementation and adoption of new operational frameworks, processes, and tools within global marketing. You'll create clear documentation and deliver impactful training to foster adaptability and efficiency in a hybrid work environment.

What You'll Do:

• Lead change management strategies for new marketing processes and frameworks.
• Collaborate with teams to align on change initiatives and develop enablement plans.
• Create and deliver engaging training content across multiple formats and regions.
• Produce clear documentation for processes and best practices.
• Monitor adoption metrics and refine enablement efforts for continuous improvement.

Basic Qualifications:

• Proven experience in change management, training, or organizational enablement.
• Ability to enable change in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience creating and delivering training content.
• Strong project management skills.
• Must be able to work hybrid from our Pleasanton, CA office.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with marketing operations and technology.
• Exposure to change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR).
• Experience developing e-learning modules and using LMS.
• Analytical skills to measure training effectiveness.
