Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting table games in accordance with company policies and procedures onboard a cruise ship

- Ensuring the integrity and fairness of all games by following established procedures and regulations

- Providing excellent customer service to guests, including explaining rules of games and assisting with any questions or concerns

- Maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the casino at all times

- Monitoring and reporting any suspicious or unusual activity to the Casino Manager

- Handling cash and chips accurately and efficiently

- Maintaining a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years experience as a casino dealer, preferably in a cruise ship or luxury resort setting

- Excellent knowledge of various casino games, including blackjack, poker, and roulette

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment

- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary licenses and certifications

- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus

- Must be able to commit to a full-time
