Job Overview Applied Training Solutions, LLC (ATS) is developing a team of Subject Matter Experts (SME) to conduct Higher Headquarters Assessments for US Army Installations on behalf of US Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM). The Biologist will identify hazardous materials or toxic substances present on installations or in proximity to installations that may pose hazards, quantify and prioritize those hazards, and recommend mitigation, remediation, and information sharing actions. Responsibilities Identify hazardous materials or toxic substances present on installations or in proximity that may present a hazard to missions, people or assets. Quantify and prioritize those hazards. Make course of action recommendations to the government on remediation, mitigation, and information sharing. Qualifications Industry/DoD Experience as a biologist. Experience in quality assurance, environmental chemistry, risk assessment/risk management, and incremental sampling methodology. Secret clearance. 10+ years experience. Master's Degree in any discipline. Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response Standard (HAZWOPER) certification. Travel 25% travel required.
