No prior Automotive or Sales experience required, but is a plus! What We Offer Opportunity for internal promotion and career growth with company Competitive pay plan 401(k) retirement plan options Full benefits including voluntary short and long term disability, dental, health, vision, medical Responsibilities Greet and guide customer as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process Assist the customers to find a vehicle that meets their needs by using the current inventory information Enhance the sales process by demonstrating the vehicles features on the lot Assist customers in the completion of their sales applications Assist management to increase sales by inspecting the lot's vehicles daily, reporting any problems to management Assist with sourcing, auctions and trade for our used vehicle inventory Assist management in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses. Qualifications Previous automotive sales experience is a PLUS but absolutely NOT required Must have a clean & valid driver's license Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections Quality customer service skills and sales track record Strong interpersonal and communications, in-person and over the phone Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process Proficient in basic business math including percentages Capable of learning and using Microsoft Office, accounting software, and proprietary sales programs A personal laptop or tablet is highly recommended Persistent, competitive and good work ethic Focuses on the customer's needs to enhance dealership and personal sales Sales, Automotive, Auto Sales, Automotive Sales, Sales Representative, Sales Consultant, Sales Associate, Sales Executive, Sales Representative, Sales Rep, Sales Person, Customer Service, Retail Sales, Car Sales, New Car Sales, Teacher, Bartender, Server, Entry-level, Experienced, Experienced Sales, Cold Calling, Call Center, BDC, Business Development, Coordinator, Account Specialist Parks of Gainesville
