About the Role: We are seeking an Associate Director, Human Resources (Talent Acquisition) to join our Human Resources team. The incumbent will ensure effective talent acquisition strategies are executed to attract, select, and onboard a variety of new hires, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience based on our internal candidate experience survey insights. In partnership with the Senior Director, Human Resources, this individual will support the talent acquisition strategy, focusing on relationship management, candidate experience, employer branding, and candidate sourcing. They will independently execute strategic and operational projects and programs. This person will also serve as a lead recruiter, managing a diverse pipeline of candidates and searches. This position reports to the Senior Director, Human Resources and will be in Boston, MA, USA. This role is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.
