Base pay range $19.50/hr - $19.50/hr Job Description Position Purpose: The Asset Protection Specialist is primarily responsible for preventing financial loss caused by theft and fraud, supporting safety and environmental program compliance in their assigned store(s). Responsibilities include identifying incidents of theft and fraud, reviewing CCTV and exception reports, monitoring physical security, auditing Electronic Article Surveillance, and promoting a shrink elimination culture. Additional duties involve preparing detailed case reports, preserving evidence, interacting with law enforcement, and testifying in court. The specialist must report hazards and carry out tasks safely, demonstrating integrity and focusing on store-specific objectives while supporting asset protection and operational responsibilities.
