Job Description

Pridestaff is seeking Assembly operations supervisor.
The Assembly Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of the assembly department. This role ensures efficient and high-quality assembly of products according to established procedures and specifications. The Supervisor will lead and motivate a team of assemblers, manage workflow, maintain accurate inventory, and contribute to a safe and organized work environment. This position requires a hands-on leader with strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement.
Shift 7am-3:30pm Monday-Firday.
Pay rate $30-$35
Job Requirements

• Able to use small tools
• Reading prints - must have experience
• Use measuring tools
• Ability to assemble by design
• Team leadership - must have experience
• Some inventory planning
• Computer literacy (email, excel, word)
• Shipping & Receiving
• Shop organization skills
• Creativity
• Basic math (be able to understand and/or learn metric system)
• Basic maintenance
• Parts inventory
• Basic quality receiving for incoming parts

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• At least 5 years of experience
• Associates degree a plus, but not required
• Be able to work overtime and some weekends as needed

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $30.00 - $35.00 Per Hour PrideStaff
