Job Title: Assembly Line Worker
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated assembly line workers to join our team. You will be responsible for assembling, reworking, and/or reassembling products according to specified documentation. This role involves verifying the accuracy of instruction documents such as schematics, assembly drawings, and bills of material. You will also check work for accuracy, quality, and conformance to specifications, use a computer for data entry and input serial numbers into the mainframe, and package parts into kits for shipping.

Work EnvironmentOur state-of-the-art manufacturing floor, built in 2018, offers a comfortable work environment with a manufacturing casual dress code, including HME coat and glasses. We have a break room with multiple microwaves, refrigerators, and self-serve kiosks for food and drinks, along with inside and outside seating areas equipped with multiple TVs. Employees can enjoy a rooftop deck for lunch and a nearby 3.5-mile hiking trail. Work hours are 5 am start time for the first shift and 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm for the second shift.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlsbad, California.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.80/hr.
