Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a Cabinet Company in Waconia - Company has new upbeat and friendly culture! New equipment! This is a Direct Hire Opportunity with $500 sign on bonus!

Assembly Builder Primary Purpose

Build cabinetry and accessories per move ticket

Job Duties:

• Cut material on table saw or band saw if applicable to meet specifications as needed.
• Build cabinetry and components with team members using all available equipment (drill, nail gun, etc.).
• Build to the move ticket specifications
• Ability to read and use a tape measure is preferred
• Ability to read a move ticket and understand ALL of its contents.
• Proficient use of table saw and band saw.
• Maintain production and quality standards
• Follow all safety rules and work instructions.

Hours: Range From 10:30PM to 7:00AM Sunday night-Friday morning with occasional mandatory Saturday Overtime. Pay Range: $21.00 - $29.00

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE -

• Ability to read and understand move tickets.
• Must be able to use and understand a tape measure.
• Must have excellent attention to detail
• Must have good team work/communication skills.
• Must pass background check
