Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Apprentice Plumber to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals eager to start a rewarding career in plumbing. Under the supervision of licensed professionals, the Apprentice Plumber will assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems. In your first two weeks, we will evaluate you based on performance, and advancement can begin. We start you at the minimum per hour, and advancement is up to you. Learn the job and make more money, cut and dry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed plumbers with pipe installation, water heaters, faucets, toilets, and drainage systems
• Follow blueprints and building codes to perform plumbing tasks accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite to support safe and efficient operations
• Carry tools, prep materials, and ensure all supplies are stocked for each job
• ✅ Learn and apply safety standards, local plumbing regulations, and company procedures
• Communicate clearly with supervisors, clients, and team members
• Participate in ongoing training and study toward licensure and certifications

Qualifications

• No prior plumbing experience required — we’ll train you!
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong work ethic and desire to learn
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various conditions
• Positive attitude, reliability, and good communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
