With 130+ employees, Lawrence Group services include architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, graphic design, planning, construction management, property management, and real estate development to a diverse array of market sectors including Civic, Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Hospitality, Senior Living, Multi-Family and Workplace. Lawrence Group is seeking a motivated, and energetic interior design student currently enrolled in an accredited Interior Design/Interior Architecture program seeking professional experience in a commercial architecture/interior design office. The 2025 Summer Interior Design Intern will assist our Retail team in St. Louis starting June and commencing August. Our Retail team specializes in collaborating with clients to develop innovative solutions to support our clients brand roll out needs. Project involvement includes working with and supporting Project Manager and Team Leaders with building surveys, due diligence, architectural construction documents, and permitting services. Candidate Qualifications: Pursuing Bachelor's or Master degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture from an accredited college or university and seeking professional experience in a commercial architecture/interior design office. Motivated, self-starter with excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment as directed by Project Manager or Team Leader General knowledge of construction, interior materials, details, methods and standard building codes General knowledge and proficiency in Revit, Enscape, Microsoft (Office, Outlook, Excel, Word) and the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) is a minimum requirement; the firm has implemented Revit on new projects.
