Co-op: An 8-month long opportunity, Co-op positions are a full-time employment experience. Co-ops are fully immersed into the worlds of corporate and production industry as a full-time team member.

Internship: A semester long opportunity, Internships positions are a part-time employment experience. With the opportunity to extend multiple semesters, Interns tap into the foundations of our corporate and production industries.

Co-op and Intern opportunities span across 18 of Bobcat's different functions.

This req is for the following engineer positions: Design, Manufacturing, Quality, Supplier Development, and Test

*Role & Responsibility *

• Design - Contribute to the design of our product by developing and modifying equipment using Creo 3D modeling software
• Manufacturing - Analyze and make recommendations on the manufacturing process of our products in terms of quality, economic and ergonomic factors
• Quality - Testing and analyzing product, utilizing statistical tools to drive quality improvements across various departments, and contributing to quality engineering programs
• Supplier Development - Assist with supplier/component qualification, supply base change management, root cause & corrective actions, and improve supplier quality and delivery performance
• Test - Develop and set up tests to evaluate functionality and performance related to structural fatigue, sound, hydraulic, and cooling

*Job Requirement *

• Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing in Agricultural, Mechanical, Industrial or Related Engineering field
• 3.0 or higher GPA preferred
• Be able to commit full-time to Bobcat for the entire term of the co-op (8 months) or internship (4-months)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
• Communication and collaboration skills
